CD Profile – 3 m (0.45 mm)

Application:
The CD 60/27 profile (3 meters long, 0.45 mm thick) is designed for constructing frameworks for suspended ceilings and drywall wall cladding. It is installed in combination with the UD27 guide profile and mounted using straight or swivel hangers.

The profile has a C-shaped cross-section. Each flange features three ribs for added strength. The back of the profile also includes one central and two outer ribs for extra rigidity. The flange edges are bent inward, ensuring secure hanging on clip-type hangers.

Work execution:
Straight hangers are fixed to the profile using 3.5×9.5 mm self-tapping screws. The wide (60 mm) back surface offers a convenient base for drywall attachment. With the use of special connectors from the ceiling kit, installation becomes quick and simple.
