The MTX step drill bit is manufactured from high-speed steel (HSS) and is designed for drilling and enlarging holes with diameters of 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, and 20 mm in sheet steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, and plastic up to 5 mm thick. The spiral flute design and smooth step transitions provide clean, burr-free holes while efficiently removing chips.

Made from durable HSS steel with a Titanium Nitride (TiN) coating, the drill bit offers excellent wear resistance and corrosion protection. The hexagonal shank ensures a secure grip in the drill chuck and prevents slipping during operation.
