CT 19 is a high-quality primer for enhancing adhesion on absorbent and non-absorbent substrates. It creates a strong abrasive bonding layer suitable for smooth concrete, ceramic tiles, mosaics, OSB boards, and other difficult surfaces. Solvent-free, fast drying, and thixotropic—does not drip on vertical surfaces. Used for surface preparation before putty, screeds, and tile laying.
