CT 19 is a specialized primer for absorbent and non-absorbent surfaces, creating an abrasive bonding layer to improve adhesion. Suitable for smooth concrete, ceramic tiles, mosaics, OSB boards, and other difficult surfaces. Solvent-free, fast drying, and thixotropic—does not run on vertical surfaces. Ideal for surface preparation before putty, screeds, and tile laying.
