Mapei Ultracolor Plus №143 is a high-performance, anti-efflorescence, fast-setting and drying, polymer-modified grout designed for joint widths from 2 to 20 mm. It features water-repellent DropEffect® technology and mold-resistant BioBlock® technology.

Applications:
Suitable for interior and exterior grouting of floors and walls made of ceramic tiles, clinker, terracotta, natural stone, and marble mosaics. Ideal for facades, balconies, terraces, swimming pools, bathrooms, kitchens, and high-traffic commercial areas.

Technical Data:

• Pot life after mixing: 20–25 minutes

• Time before final finishing: 15–30 minutes

• Ready for foot traffic: about 3 hours

• Full use: after 24 hours (48 hours for pools and tanks)
