Mapei Ultracolor Plus No. 110 (Manhattan) – 2 kg Grout

Mapei Ultracolor Plus is a high-performance, polymer-modified grout that sets and dries quickly. It features DropEffect® water-repellent technology and BioBlock® mould resistance, making it ideal for joints from 2 to 20 mm. Color – Manhattan (No. 110).

Applications:
Suitable for grouting ceramic tiles, porcelain, terracotta, mosaic, and natural stone on walls and floors. Ideal for bathrooms, kitchens, balconies, terraces, façades, swimming pools, and high-traffic commercial areas like supermarkets, airports, and restaurants.

Technical Data:

• Pot life: 20–25 minutes

• Final cleaning time: 15–30 minutes

• Walkable after: approx. 3 hours

• Fully cured: 24 hours (48 hours for pools/tanks)
