Application:
The CW-100 is a C-shaped metal stud profile used as a vertical support in plasterboard partitions and cladding systems. Installed together with a matching-size UW track. H-shaped cutouts allow for the easy passage of wires and pipes through the profile.

Installation and Benefits:

• Compatible with 100 mm UW track profiles

• Tight fit without gaps or deformation

• Ribbed flanges (1 central, 2 lateral) for added strength and easier screw guidance

• Central rib serves as an alignment aid

• Plasterboard should be mounted from the same side to avoid flange bending

• 3 pairs of 33 mm holes for electrical routing

• Mounted with punching tool or 3.5 x 9.5 mm self-drilling screws

• Suitable for tall and double-layer partitions requiring sound insulation
